SABUCO

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This policy explains what personal information SABUCO ("we") collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers this website, sabucompany.com, and the internal software tools we use for market research.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and it does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation; we do not use them to identify visitors.

Email

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or share it.

Our research tools and Google data

We run internal software that uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, to read aggregate, public market data such as keyword search volumes. This software is used only by SABUCO staff and only with SABUCO's own Google accounts. It does not access, collect, store or share any other person's Google account data, and it is not offered to the public.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only when required by law, or with service providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, our email provider).

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) gives you these rights.
